The most delicious chili oil in the world

Take a few pods of dried chili peppers, cut off the tips on both sides, cut the middle lengthwise into thin strips and set aside. Peppers do not need to be seeded. Pour vegetable oil (olive of your choice), raw peanuts, white sesame seeds, shelled sunflower seeds, white coriander seeds, a couple of garlic cloves into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the garlic turns golden. Then take the pot off the stove and let it sit for 5 minutes. After that, add the chili and let the oil cool to room temperature. Using a food processor, blend the mixture until smooth.
