The Japanese restaurant will cook based on the DNA of the guests

It would seem that after the appearance of the Tokyo cafe “Garbage” and the cave restaurant, which also opened in Tokyo, we will not be surprised at anything.

But Tokyo knows how to surprise! Sushi Singularity’s new Tokyo restaurant will be hyper-personalized. Here, not only the menu will be developed for you, moreover, 2 weeks before your visit to this institution, you will be asked to bring urine, feces and saliva tests to the restaurant, and then they will offer dishes prepared taking into account the characteristics of your body.

This restaurant was invented by the Open Meals design studio.

Table reservations will be carried out as follows: the client who has booked a table will receive a “mini-laboratory” where he will collect his saliva, urine and faeces samples. And on the basis of this information, specialists will select the necessary ingredients for the dishes.

It is already known that Sushi Singularity will serve 3D-printed sushi.

Robotic arms, to which 14 cylinders are connected, will saturate the “base” with the necessary nutrients in each case. At the same time, the company has not yet decided at what stage the dish will become personalized.

The first Sushi Singularity restaurant to do this is due to open in Tokyo in 2020.

We will remind, earlier we told why in the Tokyo metro the earliest passengers are given free meals.
