Pauline Nordin offers you to work effectively on the improvement of its forms in the home with The Butt Bible. Despite the name of the program, you will improve not only your buttocks, but also throughout the body. Pauline has prepared for you the most effective strength exercises with the own weight and free weights. Workout will surprise you with the variety and originality of exercises, but they will help you to achieve maximum goals in the short term.

To The Butt Bible program includes 6 workouts, namely level 3 Upper Body and 3 Lower Body. You will be 2 times a week to work on upper body and 2 times in a week – over the lower part of the body. 2 times a week, you can additionally do cardio exercises at their own discretion. In General, the range of training lasts 6 weeks. For each level you will be doing 2 weeks on the finished calendar. But if you feel that it’s too early to complicate the program, you can give each level a and babouta much greater amount of time.

The Butt Bible is suitable for those who only recently started training, and for the more experienced student. The first level of training lasts 20 minutes and we offer you a selection of exercises enables you to cope with training everyone. With each new level of exercise increase over time and become more complex. The program The Butt Bible & benefits

So, the Butt Bible came in 6 video workouts from 20 to 40 minutes. With each new level in addition to enhancing the difficulty increases and the duration of the course:

  1. Lower Body (Level 1). On the first level for the lower body you are waiting for the squat, buttocks bridge, leg UPS, lunges, deadlifts. The inventory is not needed. The training lasts for 20 minutes.

However, some drills are, therefore, better for them to take more weight. Training lasts 30 minutes, you will need two pairs of dumbbells.
  1. Upper Body (Level 3). To complete the third level you will need one pair of dumbbells and a chair. You will continue work on the elaboration of muscles of the hands, shoulders, back and bark. The training lasts for 40 minutes.
