Tequila Cocktails: 6 Tequila Chasers

Good afternoon, this selection of cocktails was planned for Friday, but I didn’t have time yesterday, so I decided to call it Saturday-Friday, since yesterday the bulk of these cocktails were selected 🙂 are quite cocktails, at least in the classical representation of the word. We are talking about chasers – unusual drinks that Mexicans still drink tequila with.

What are chasers and their recipes

Chaser (“chasers” in translation) is a non-alcoholic or low-alcohol drink, which is usually washed down with a portion of pure strong alcohol. In our case, we are talking about tequila. If this wording is not clear, then I’ll translate for our brother – I washed down vodka with beer – that’s beer and that’s the same chaser 🙂 As for tequila, the chaser is able to fully reveal the taste of this amazing drink, being an ideal alternative to traditional lime and salt. These drinks caused a real storm of emotions at the next conference of the international club of tequila tasters and some of the chasers even earned awards in different categories.

I agree, it’s unusual 🙂 It will be difficult to make such tequila cocktails at home, but it’s possible, especially considering that chasers are more suitable for parties and all sorts of parties. Some ingredients can be prepared independently, sauces, for example – I will tell you how in the following articles. Some ingredients can be replaced, coconut milk, for example, in Pina Colada is very often replaced with cream and coconut liqueur or syrup. In general, dream up!
