  • Mix 2 tbsp. l. oat flour, 2 tbsp. l. cosmetic clay, mashed pulp of 1 avocado and 1 tbsp. l. any vegetable oil. Keep the mask on problem areas of the skin for 30 minutes, then remove with a cotton pad, but do not rinse.
  • Grind 100 g each of dandelion and aloe leaves in a blender. Add 50 ml of vegetable oil. Thicken the mixture with oat flour. Apply it to your skin daily.
