Baltic sprat 300.0 (gram)
table salt 1.0 (teaspoon)
ground black pepper 0.3 (teaspoon)
cream 2.0 (table spoon)
lemon juice 2.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Saute flour in fat until light brown, gradually dilute with water, add sprats, peeled, finely chopped or rubbed through a sieve, boil. Add lemon juice and sour cream to the finished sauce.
