Method of preparation

Beef brisket is cut into pieces weighing 25-30 g and boiled. Finely chopped turnip onions and sautéed with the addition of tomato puree. Put presoaked rice groats, sautéed onions and tomato puree in a boiling broth and cook until tender. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, the soup is seasoned with tkemali sauce, crushed garlic, hops-suneli, pepper, salt and herbs.
