In terms of effectiveness, the rice diet is similar to the buckwheat diet, but it effectively dissolves fatty tissue deposits and helps to get rid of cellulite. Although rice is one of the highest in calories among cereals, it allows you to give up meat and fish in your diet, which guarantees quick weight loss results. It should be noted that the rice diet is a way of life for the inhabitants of the Asian part of Europe.

Menu for 1 day diet:

  • Breakfast – 50 grams of boiled rice with lemon juice and one apple. A glass of green tea.
  • Lunch – 150 grams of boiled rice salad with vegetables and herbs in vegetable oil.
  • Dinner – boiled rice with boiled carrots – 150 grams.

Menu on the second day of the rice diet:

  • Breakfast – 50 grams of boiled rice with sour cream (20 grams). One orange.

  • Breakfast – 50 grams of boiled rice with raisins, a glass of kefir.
  • Lunch – 150 grams of boiled rice and 50 grams of boiled zucchini, greens.
  • Dinner – 150 grams of boiled rice, four walnuts, lettuce.

Menu on the sixth day of the rice diet:

  • Breakfast – 50 grams of boiled rice, one pear, four walnuts.
  • Lunch – 150 grams of boiled rice, 50 grams of boiled zucchini, lettuce.

As in most other diets (for example, in the moon diet) canned juices and soda are unacceptable – they can cause an irresistible feeling of hunger. Non-mineralized water is most suitable.

The advantage of the rice diet is that, along with weight loss, the body’s metabolism is normalized. The diet is quite effective – in the first two days you will lose at least 1 kg. One of the simplest diets and also does not make you feel hungry.

It is not the fastest, but effective – the body quickly gets used to the new regime and the period until the next diet increases for a long time.
