Method of preparation

Chop the washed and dried green salad and place in a bowl. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into thin slices and mix with the sauce. Before serving, additionally season the salad with sour cream sauce and a grated egg, put in a salad bowl, cover with slices of fresh cucumbers and sprinkle with finely chopped dill or parsley. Serve salad with all meat and fish dishes.
