Method of preparation

Cut the apples into 4 pieces and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes, then mix with prepared lingonberries and put in glass jars. Pour with chilled marinade, pasteurize for 20 minutes. To prepare the marinade, mix water, vinegar, sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves and pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
