Method of preparation

Chop the peeled and boiled celery and mix with soaked and well-pressed mashed white bread, minced meat, egg, caraway seeds and salt. Add crackers. Sculpt sausages from the resulting mass, roll them in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs and fry in oil on all sides.
