Ingredients Ukrainian style eggplants

eggplant 200.0 (gram)
tomatoes 150.0 (gram)
onion 1.0 (piece)
garlic onion 3.0 (piece)
sweet red pepper 1.0 (piece)

Method of preparation

You will also need soy sauce and broth. Peel the eggplants and tomatoes and cut into slices, onions into half rings, pepper into strips. Fry the prepared vegetables in oil, pour 3 tablespoons of soy sauce with 150 ml of broth, season with garlic, ground pepper, salt and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  • Cobalt is part of vitamin B12. Activates enzymes of fatty acid metabolism and folic acid metabolism.
  • Manganese participates in the formation of bone and connective tissue, is part of the enzymes involved in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates, catecholamines; essential for the synthesis of cholesterol and nucleotides.
