Method of preparation

Boiled scallop fillets are cut 1-2 pieces per serving, sprinkled with salt, pepper, breaded in flour, moistened in an egg, breaded in breadcrumbs and deep-fried until golden brown. On vacation, the fried scallop is poured with melted fat and garnished with fried potatoes (from raw).
