bold cottage cheese 9% 400.0 (gram)
sugar 0.5 (grain glass)
soda 1.0 (teaspoon)

Method of preparation

Cook pasta, 200-300 grams. Separately mix 400 grams of cottage cheese, half a glass of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, salt to taste. Beat three whites, mix with cottage cheese, then add pasta. Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, lay out the curd mass, level. Pour melted butter over the top, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
