Method of preparation

Grate stale white bread, pour over boiling milk and let stand for 50-60 minutes. Then stir, add butter, sugar, eggs and finely chopped apples. Stir, put in a mold sprinkled with breadcrumbs or flour. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
