Ingredients Pumpkin jelly

pumpkin 500.0 (gram)
water 0.5 (grain glass)
butter 2.0 (table spoon)
sugar 100.0 (gram)
milk cow 4.0 (teaspoon)
vanillin 0.2 (teaspoon)
potato starch 4.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces, add water and oil and simmer, covered, until tender. Rub the mass through a sieve, add sugar, vanillin and 3 glasses of milk, bring to a boil and pour into it, stirring, the starch diluted in the remaining milk. Let it boil. Pour the finished jelly into a flat dish, sprinkle with sugar and husked pumpkin seeds. Serve chilled.
