Plie squats with dumbbells — technique exercises:
- Take a dumbbell with two hands by the base, as shown in the figure. Become straight, feet wider than shoulder width apart. Knees slightly bent.
- Socks outward. Hint: during the exercise the arms should be stationary. This will be your initial position.
- On the inhale slowly bend your knees and lower down until the hips will not be parallel to the floor.
- On the exhale, push off with feet from the floor, returning to its original position.
- Complete the required number of repetitions.
Note: keep your back arched in the lower back.
