Plie squats with dumbbells — technique exercises:

  1. Take a dumbbell with two hands by the base, as shown in the figure. Become straight, feet wider than shoulder width apart. Knees slightly bent.
  2. Socks outward. Hint: during the exercise the arms should be stationary. This will be your initial position.
  3. On the inhale slowly bend your knees and lower down until the hips will not be parallel to the floor.
  4. On the exhale, push off with feet from the floor, returning to its original position.
  5. Complete the required number of repetitions.

Note: keep your back arched in the lower back.
