These cocktails are mentioned in the book The Bartender’s Guide by the legendary American bartender, the father of all bartenders, Jeremy Thomas. This book was released in 1862 year. There he described six classic methods of making a physician, which later became the fundamental basis for their production. She followed all his followers for many years.

Ingredients:

  • champagne or sparkling wine – 50 ml;
  • orange juice – 100 ml.
