Overripe bananas – room for creativity

Being the most accessible fruit all year round, it is not uncommon for us to be faced with a situation where the banana has lost its condition. The good news is that overripe bananas, no matter how many there are, can always be used. Consider the coolest recipes based on the “aged” fruit.

To prepare a delicious drink, you will need an immersion (submersible) blender. As a result, we get 2 brave portions of the bomb banana shake!

Put the bananas in a container, put in the freezer overnight. Blend frozen bananas, peanut butter, milk and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Add chocolate chips, beat again. Enjoy!

Oatmeal in winter

The recipe yields approximately 8 cups of porridge. The perfect breakfast option for the whole family!

Add all ingredients (except zest and topping) to the multicooker container. Set to the weakest power for 8-10 hours, leave overnight. Mix well in the morning, add the orange zest.

Serve with any topping of your choice.

An afternoon snack that your child will love at first sight! Such beauty can be prepared very quickly, or rather, nothing needs to be cooked. You will only need 2 ingredients:

Using a sharp knife, cut the banana stalk in half exactly to the fruit. Carefully cut out the sides of the smile, as in the photo. Place a grape inside the smile. Place bananas in a glass of grapes.

Brush the cut stalk with lemon juice to keep it from spoiling.

And, of course, where without muffins. A dessert that any coffee shop in any corner of the world will offer is now prepared at home and even in a vegan variation. Catch an easy-to-make recipe that will fit your overripe banana to its intended purpose!

Preheat oven to 180C. Lay the mold under the muffins with paper. Dilute egg substitute with water, set aside. In a large bowl mix dry ingredients. Add butter, mashed banana, apple pieces, egg substitute and vanilla extract. Add walnut. The dough should be thick. Pour 13 tbsp into each mold. dough, bake for 18-20 minutes.

So, an overripe banana is good for anything: from morning porridge to a fun afternoon snack for a child. Plus, it’s rich in potassium! =)
