And here is a win-win recipe for semolina porridge for a schoolboy. Rinse the pan with ice water, pour in 200 ml of milk, gently bring to a boil, put a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of sugar. Constantly stirring, pour out a thin stream of 1 tbsp. l. semolina with a slide. Continuing to stir, cook the porridge on low heat for 5 minutes. Put a slice of butter and whisk with a whisk — so the semolina will turn out to be airy. The decor in the form of fresh berries or thick jam will help to awaken the appetite of the child.

If the child does not tolerate onions or carrots in porridge, grind the roast in a blender to the state of vegetable puree and mix with the finished cereals.
