You can meet him in the Carpathians, the Caucasus and Western Europe. Maple sap is known for its saturated fatty acid and reduced sugar content. It also contains a lot of antioxidants.

It is a tall tree reaching up to 40 meters in height. Has a dense dome-shaped crown. The bark is distinguished by a gray-brown color, prone to cracking and shedding. Leaves can grow in size from 5 to 15 centimeters. The trunk diameter reaches one meter, and the girth of the entire tree, together with the crown, can be about 2 m.
