Lifting dumbbells in front of you — technique exercises:

  1. Take the dumbbells in hand, stand straight with feet shoulder width apart.
  2. On the exhale, slowly raise dumbbells just above shoulder level. Arms should be slightly bent at the elbows.
  3. When doing exercise, try not to use your back muscles. Keep your back straight.
  4. Do this exercise without jerks and sudden movements.
  5. Slowly lower the dumbbells to the starting position.
