Method of preparation

The scars are soaked for 6-8 hours in cold water, periodically changing the water, scalded several times, cleaned and washed. The lungs are washed from mucus and blood. Prepared by-products, raw fat are cut into cubes 50 mm long, poured with cold water and boiled for 1-1,5 hours. Prepared homemade noodles, salt, black pepper are put 15-10 minutes before readiness ground. At the end of cooking, put finely chopped garlic.
