Is it possible for lactating jelly?

Reading time – 3 minutes.

It is possible for nursing jellies, but care should be taken when eating it. Jellied meat should be prepared independently, as the purchased one contains preservatives and spices that can harm the child. It is recommended to introduce it into the diet of a nursing mother little by little and cook it from those types of meat to which the baby is not allergic – ideally from turkey. You should abandon the use of such spices as horseradish and mustard, and in the process of cooking you need to reduce to a minimum the amount of carrots, garlic and peppers. Even when the jellied meat is prepared at home, taking into account all the recommendations, for the first time, the portion should not exceed 50 grams. If the baby does not have negative reactions, such as bloating, diarrhea, allergies, jelly can be eaten, gradually increasing the serving size. However, you need to closely monitor the child’s condition and adjust your diet if necessary.
