How to make vitamin water
 

Vitamin water is especially beneficial for sports. In addition, if you find it difficult to drink your daily water intake, you can diversify your water diet with these drinks. Don’t buy vitamin water from the store, make it yourself.

Raspberry, dates and lemon

Dates contain selenium, manganese, copper, potassium, iron and magnesium – they strengthen bone tissue and calm the nervous system. Raspberries are the daily intake of vitamin C, K and manganese. This water is an excellent cocktail for blood vessels and vision. Take 2 cups raspberries, sliced ​​lemon, and 3 dates. Fill with water and leave for an hour.

Citruses, mint and cucumber

 

Cucumber can help prevent dehydration, reduce inflammation and contain many minerals. The cucumber taste refreshes even ordinary water! Citruses are primarily vitamin C and a source of beta-carotene: they will improve the condition of your skin and normalize blood pressure. Take 2 oranges, 1 lemon, and half a cucumber. Cut everything into slices in random order, cover with water, add a bunch of mint and refrigerate for an hour.

Strawberry, lemon and basil

A spicy refreshing drink is made from these ingredients. Basil is rich in essential oils that have anti-inflammatory effects, while strawberry and lemon provide you with vitamins C, A, K, calcium and iron. Take 6 strawberries, half a lemon, cut everything into slices at random, put in a jug, tear the basil leaves into it and fill it with water. Leave in a cool place for at least an hour.

Pineapple and ginger

Ginger speeds up metabolism and reduces inflammation. Pineapple also has antiseptic properties, so this water is useful in the season of colds. Plus a dose of vitamin C. Take a glass of chopped pineapple, mix with finely grated ginger – a 3 by 3 cm piece. Fill with water and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Peach, black berries and coconut water

Coconut water contains minerals that help rehydrate the athlete during exercise and stop seizures. It contains a lot of potassium, sodium, magnesium and calcium. Black berries such as blueberries and black currants support immunity and normalize blood pressure. Take a glass of blueberries, currants, 2 peaches and mint leaves. Cut the peaches into slices, press the berries a little, tear the leaves, add 2 cups of coconut water and a share of the usual. Leave the water to sit in a cool place overnight.

Kiwi

Kiwi will improve digestion and supply the body with the necessary amount of vitamin C, increase immunity, and relieve muscle tension. Just peel 3 ripe kiwis, rub with a fork or beat with a blender, just cut 2 more into slices. Fill all the kiwis with water and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
