Rugs, pillows, curtains there are also winter and summer ones. Textiles in frost should warm the interior, and in summer, on the contrary, should not accumulate heat. For example, on sofa it is better to have two removable covers – for the warm and cold seasons. This is not only very practical and makes it easier to clean furniture, but also makes it easy to change the interior to suit the mood or season. The winter version of the cover is velor or velvet with silk decorative pillows, the summer one is made of linen or matting, in a cage or strip, or with floral motifs.

Curtains it is also better to have paired. For winter, various combinations of wool, silk, velvet, velor will be successful. And for the summer period – flax, cotton, matting, fine velveteen.

Bedspreads, blankets, carpets now the fluffier the better. It’s like in nature, when by winter all living things are insulated and wrapped in fur.

The carpet always matches the interior. In Art Deco, geometric patterns and dense pile are good. But in a minimalistic setting, you can do something unexpected, for example, put a bright ethnic carpet.

If there are pillows on the chairs for beauty, then on the chairs – to soften the hard seat.

The sofa is the main resting place, and such furniture simply has no right to be uncomfortable. The seated person does not have to look for a special position of the body – the right sofa immediately provides comfort.

In one room, it is better to combine no more than three different textures of fabrics.

A win-win combination is a pair of square pillows, a pair of round and one rectangular. The easiest option: in one color, but in different materials. Square – silk, round – velvet, and rectangular – with a textured pattern.

Ethnic-style paths with transverse stripes are good in narrow places – in corridors, on balconies. The pattern will visually expand the space and add comfort. If there are pillows on the chairs for beauty, then on the chairs – to soften the hard seat.
