How to make shrimp soup

1. Wash and peel potatoes, cut into strips 3 centimeters long, 0,5 centimeters thick.

2. Pour 300 milliliters of cold water into a saucepan, put potatoes, place on medium heat, wait for a boil, cook for 20 minutes – keep the lid closed.

3. Peel the onion, chop into thin half rings.

4. Put butter in a frying pan, place over medium heat, melt butter.

5. Fry onions for 5 minutes – until golden brown.

6. Grate the cheese into fine shavings.

7. Pour the milk into a separate saucepan, add the cheese, place on a low heat for 7 minutes, stirring to melt the cheese – the milk should not boil.

8. Peel the shrimps, rinse in cold water.

9. Add shrimps, milk-cheese mixture, fried onions, salt, pepper to the pot with potatoes, wait until boiling, keep on low heat for 5 minutes.

10. Wash the parsley, separate the leaves from the stems.

11. Decorate the soup poured into cups with parsley leaves.

3. Pour 1,5 liters of cold water over the mushrooms, simmer over low heat for 20 minutes; the cover must be closed.

4. Peel the carrots, chop into thin strips 2 centimeters long.

5. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings.

6. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat over medium heat until bubbles form.

7. Fry onions for 3 minutes until golden brown.

8. Add carrots, paprika to the pan, fry for another 5 minutes.

9. Peel the shrimp, wash in cool water.

10. Pour vegetable oil into a separate frying pan, place over medium heat, fry the shrimp for 3 minutes. 11. Peel the potatoes, cut into strips 3 centimeters long and 0,5 centimeters thick.

12. Put fried carrots and onions, potatoes, melted cheese, pepper, salt in a saucepan with mushrooms, keep on medium heat for 20 minutes.

13. Add the fried shrimps to the soup, keep on the burner for another 7 minutes.
