How to make mussel soup

Products

Frozen mussel meat – half a kilo

Potatoes – 300 grams

How to make mussel soup

1. Thaw mussels.

2. Pour water into a saucepan, put mussels, put the pan on fire. Boil the mussels for 1 minute after boiling.

3. Strain the mussel broth, put the mussels on a plate and cover.

4. Peel the potatoes from the peel and eyes, cut into cubes 1 centimeter side, boil in a little water, add to the mussels.

5. Peel and chop the onion, chop the bacon thinly.

6. Heat oil in a saucepan, add bacon, fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Garlic – 3 cloves

Curry to taste

Nutmeg – pinch

Salt – 1 teaspoon
