Cloudberry – 1 kilogram
Sugar – 1 kilogram
Water – half a glass
How to make cloudberry jam
1. Select slightly unripe red berries for jam.
2. To clear the berries from leaves and stalks, rinse.
3. Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire.
4. Pour sugar into warm water, dissolve it, boil the syrup for 10 minutes.
5. Put the berries in the syrup and cook, stirring and skimming, for 30 minutes.
6. Pour hot jam into sterilized jars.
7. Cool the jam by wrapping it in a blanket and turning the jars upside down.
Then put the cloudberry jam for storage.
