Heat … One exercise will save you from the heat!

Today the site received a letter: Now (when the thermometer is +38) most likely this question worries many :))) Last week I came across an interesting article on the site of our friends. One simple exercise from hachta yoga is advised there. Tried. It’s funny, but it helps! Excerpt from the article: Pranayama is the art of breathing. The basic principles of Pranayama are available to everyone. For example, when it is +40 degrees Celsius outside the window, you can save yourself by practicing Lunar Pranayama: calmly inhale through the right nostril and just as calmly, evenly exhale through the left.
