Guided meditation How to welcome 2021 rediscovering the best of you
The psychologist Belén Colomina, an expert in mindfulness, provides in this guided meditation session the keys to look within and get the best we have to face the new year in a positive way

We start a new year and with it, we premiere delusions. New days, new projects, new dreams. If we look back, we see a roller coaster of experiences and emotions. Of uncertainties, silences, fears, losses and also, of opportunities to rediscover ourselves. The human being has the ability to face suffering transforming it into growth, overcome difficulties leaving them strengthened because, if something is inevitable, it will be better to go through it from acceptance and with the confidence that we will know how to respond in the best way.
In a year where, suddenly, Hugs spontaneously they met the brakes, where our way of relating to us changed, we had to deal with uncertainty, with losses, let us validate our emotions, live them in our own way and reflect to go out rediscovering life with a fuller meaning. Because there was also the possibility of go ahead and so we did. Let’s live fully each day of this expected 2021.
