Gonorrhea

General description of the disease

It is a sexually transmitted disease caused by gonococcus and is transmitted mainly through sexual contact. Otherwise, this disease is called “gonorrhea».

Gonorrhea infection methods

The tripper is transmitted through any type of unprotected sexual intercourse: oral, vaginal or anal methods.

A child can also get sick with a tripper during childbirth from a sick mother. This is a vertical infection method. In this case, the baby develops gonococcal conjunctivitis.

It is extremely rare to find a household way of transmitting gonorrhea. Basically, this happens when a mother and daughter dry themselves with one towel. Less often – when they sleep on the same bedding. Mucus can remain on the towel, and the child will wipe it off after bathing and carry its remnants.

Gonorrhea symptoms, depending on the species

Depending on the location of the gonococcal infection, 5 types of gonorrhea are distinguished.

When conducting unprotected anal intercourse, in the presence of cracks or wounds in the anus, there is rectal gonorrhea… In this case, the sphincter swells, cracks appear on it (sometimes with blooms of pus), unpleasant pain occurs during bowel movements, mucus and pus are released with feces. It is impossible to diagnose this type of gonorrhea by a simple superficial examination. Additional tests are required.

If there was genital-oral sex with a person with gonorrhea, there is gonococcal stomatitis… After infection, symptoms begin to appear after a few days. At the same time, there is a constant dryness of the oral cavity, there is a burning sensation in the cheeks, tongue, pharynx, the secretion of saliva increases (often with an admixture of mucus or pus), eventually all the mucous membranes of the oral cavity swell. This type of gonorrhea is difficult to diagnose because the symptoms are similar to those of a common angina.

Eye Organs Tripper occurs when dirty hands touch the eyes. This can be as simple as rubbing the eyes with your hands, which are left with residual secretions from the infection.

Skin can also be affected by gonococcal bacteria. In this case, various rashes appear on the skin, which disappear after 5-7 days. After that, pigmentation may remain on the skin.

Single cases of damage to the human nervous system have been recorded gonococcal bacteria… Laboratory diagnostics revealed gonococcal infection in the spinal cord fluid. In such cases, the patient has a depressed state, increased fatigue, chronic fatigue, a constant depression.

With traditional sex, there is genital gonorrhea… This is the most common and easily diagnosed type. Symptoms are different for males and females. In men, cramps appear when urinating, purulent discharge appears in large quantities, unpleasant painful sensations occur during intercourse and during ejaculation. Also, the main sign of gonorrhea in the stronger sex is “morning drop”. This symptom manifests itself in the release of a droplet of pus from the urethra, when pressing on the head of the penis.

As for women, they do not have such vivid manifestations of gonorrhea. They may have a scanty discharge of yellow or white color, pulling pains in the lower abdomen, painful urination and bloody discharge during the menstrual cycle.

More and more cases of asymptomatic manifestation of gonorrhea. Many people are not aware of their problem, and it spills over into a chronic form. And not treating gonorrhea can cause very serious complications. First of all, gonorrhea affects reproductive and sexual functions.

The gonococcal bacterium itself is killed only with the help of groups of antibiotics, which should only be prescribed by a venereologist.

For baths, lotions and washings, it is good to use decoctions from burdock, chamomile and horsetail, oak bark, dill.

All ingredients must be chopped (the garlic must be boiled a little first), everything is thoroughly mixed. This mixture is consumed three times a day, a tablespoon after a meal (2 hours should pass after a meal). The course of treatment is 14 days.
