It is advisable to conduct classes for at least 10-15 minutes daily. In the complex of exercises, from 17 to 57 muscles are involved, which contribute to the mobility of our facial expressions. Any free minute is suitable for modeling, and if you do not forget to take care of yourself, then in a short time you can:

  • reduce overhanging flews;

  • remove the second chin;

  • get rid of small mimic wrinkles;

  • smooth out nasolabial folds;

  • correct the oval of the face.

At the same time, blood supply is normalized, lymph flow improves, tissues are saturated with oxygen, which means that bruises under the eyes go away, puffiness subsides, and skin color improves.

Facial gymnastics is recommended for everyone over the age of 25, and its intensity should increase with increasing age. So, for example, by the age of 50, charging must be done several times a day.

Face fitness complex for beginners

The method became popular due to the fact that it does not require large expenditures in time, special means and financial investments.

  1. Warm up. Blink quickly 20 times without closing your eyes too much. Then do this exercise slowly 10 times. At the same time, the eyes will get rid of dryness and fatigue.

  2. Exercise to reduce crow’s feet. We make “glasses” out of the fingers, without closing the first and forefingers. We put our fingers tightly around the eyelids so that there are no gaps between the fingers and the surface of the skin. The outer edge of the eyelid muscle should be fixed, but not crushed. We open our eyes 10-15 times and then squint, feel the movement of the muscle. You can delay squinting to feel the tension in the eyelid muscles. It is important not to wrinkle your forehead.

  3. Exercise for lifting the corners of the lips. Close your lips with your teeth, as if enveloping your upper and lower lips. Close your mouth in this position of the lips. Now try to smile as you feel your cheeks tighten. Using your index fingers, lift the corners of your lips. Hold for 10 seconds. Do this exercise three times.

  4. Exercise from the double chin. We lean on the fists with our chin, we press our elbows to the chest. Providing resistance, we press with our hands on the chin. We repeat 20 times, sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly. Then for 10-15 seconds we freeze in a tense position.

  5. Exercise for a toned neck. To strengthen the muscles of the front of the neck, you need to sit up or stand upright, lower your shoulders, and pull your head up. Hug your neck with your palms so that the wrists are close to each other. Try to press the muscles of your neck into your palms, but do not push your head forward. That is, work only with the muscles of the neck, resisting with your hands. Perform the exercise dynamically, 20 times. To enhance the effect, you can press your tongue against the upper palate.

  6. The scream exercise tightens the oval of the face. Its beauty is that you can do this gymnastics in the morning without getting out of bed. Lower your jaw as far as possible and stretch your lips as if you were pronouncing the letter “o”. Lock for five seconds. If pain occurs in the area of ​​the junction of the upper and lower jaw, massage this area with your palms with light pressure.

  7. Exercise for the forehead. In order to prevent or smooth horizontal wrinkles on the forehead or relax the tension in the glabellar muscle, massage is necessary. To do this, slowly, lightly press with your fingers, smoothing the bridge of the nose and forehead. The fingers should, as it were, stamp on the bone surface. It is important to follow the massage direction. This is done from the middle of the forehead and to the sides, without stretching the skin. One minute of massage is enough per day.
