The buttocks are one of the parts of the body that attract the attention of men. Daily exercise and regular massage sessions can help make this area beautiful. If you are not lazy, after a month you will notice that the buttocks become more toned and seductive.

Exercises for legs and buttocks

Stand straight with your palms on your hips, and bring your legs together. Sit down with an exhalation, tilt the body forward a little. Straighten up as you inhale. Perform 20 squats.

Get on your knees, place your palms on the floor at shoulder level, take your right leg back. As you exhale, pull your right knee towards your chest, and as you inhale, move your leg as far back and up as possible. Do the exercise 20 times. Then swap your legs and do 20 more swings.

Do not change the starting position. Take your straightened right leg a little to the side and perform swaying movements up and down with it for 30 seconds. Then place your right knee on the floor, extend your left leg to the side and repeat the exercise.

Exercise carefully so as not to damage the hip joint of the abducted leg.

Sit on the floor with your arms in front of you, legs fully extended. Start walking on your buttocks. Move one buttock forward, then the other. So “walk” about 1 meter. Then start moving back: lift each buttock in turn and rearrange it in the opposite direction.

Sit with your palms on the floor behind your back. As you exhale, lift your pelvis up, while keeping your hands and feet. As you inhale, lower yourself to the floor. Do the exercise 20 times.

Lie on your stomach, put your hands under your chin, bend your right leg at the knee, point your toe towards you, straighten your left leg. With an exhalation, raise the thigh of the right leg above the floor, while inhaling, lower it to its previous position. Do the exercise 15 times. Then straighten your right leg, bend your left leg and repeat the lifts.

If your lower back starts to hurt while doing the lifts, reduce the number of repetitions to 7-10. Then gradually increase the load, adding each week to the rise.

Lie on your stomach on the floor with your legs extended. As you exhale, tighten your buttocks as much as possible, while inhaling, relax. Do this exercise for a minute. Then take some rest and take another approach.
