Exercises for prostatitis

Prostatitis is often associated with a congestive process in the prostate gland – congestive prostatitis. By itself, it is poorly washed by blood and, as a result, is poorly supplied with oxygen. And this already causes a deterioration in the functioning of prostate tissues. If we do not have enough oxygen, then we begin to fall asleep, and individual organs react in the same way to a lack of oxygen.

Obvious conclusion – it is necessary to increase the supply of blood to the prostate gland. When we train in the gym, we increase blood flow to the muscles and they are in good shape. It’s the same with the prostate. You need to perform certain exercises to run blood through it.

Exercise 1. The simplest exercise is the contraction of the muscles of the anus. Hold the stream while urinating, you will tense a group of muscles – this is the group that needs to be strained regularly to increase blood flow around the prostate gland.

Try to do 30 contractions in a row, without holding back in tension. Strained-relaxed, and so 30 times in a row. Seems simple, but many may feel uncomfortable doing so. It’s from untrained muscles. Do 5 times a day for 30 contractions. It’s very simple – wash your face, do 30 contractions. On your way to work, do 30 contractions. Make rules for yourself and you will not forget to do the exercises. When the exercises cease to bring a feeling of discomfort, gradually increase the number of contractions. Bring them to 100 in one go.

By doing these exercises, after a couple of weeks you will feel a significant improvement in the condition of the prostate. And this is just one of the exercises proposed by Dr. Keigel. I wrote about the rest in my treatment for prostatitis.

Exercise 2. Contrast shower on the perineal area. This procedure perfectly increases blood flow in the organs to which it is applied. You yourself know how invigorating a contrast shower is when taken on the whole body. Similarly, with its local application

You need to do it like this – direct the stream from the shower to the perineal area and change its temperature like this:

  • Warm water – 30 seconds
  • Cool water – 15 seconds.

Warm water should be almost hot. You don’t need to burn yourself, but you need to feel that it warms decently.

Cold water – be careful with it. The main thing is not to harm (otherwise you can chill the prostate). It should be at room temperature. After hot water for contrast, this will be enough. If you overdo it with cold water, you can do harm.

The duration of the procedure is 3-5 minutes. The procedure is best done in the evening before going to bed.

Exercise 3. Massage the perineum. Better to do lying down. You need to feel for the area between the scrotum and the anus (closer to the anus). Immediately under the scrotum, the pelvic bone is groped, and even lower, the bone ends – this is the area where you need to apply massage. With your fingers, you need to press quite strongly (without fanaticism, of course) on this area. Do the procedure for 3-5 minutes. This procedure, like the previous one, is best done in the evening before going to bed after the 2nd procedure.

The described exercises (procedures) will give a very good blood flow to the prostate. If you do them regularly, the effect can be very impressive. Also, a combination of procedures 2 and 3 can be very useful for half an hour before sexual intercourse.

Of course, this is not a panacea. If the causative agent of its inflammation is located in the prostate gland, then exercises alone cannot cope with prostatitis. And how to treat specifically prostatitis, I also wrote in my own treatment for prostatitis.

And now the most important thing!

Today you will leave this site with the firm knowledge that you can handle prostatitis. I suggest you conduct a psychological experiment on yourself. The result will surprise you. Ready? – forward!

Have you ever experienced this? – I spent the evening at the computer on the Internet, reviewed a bunch of sites, visited the usual forums – nothing new! Porridge in my head, but I was going to do this and that … sorry for the time! What sites were you on? What did you read? Don’t remember anymore. Familiar feeling? I am also familiar.

Move on. You must have been sitting at the computer for a long time. It’s time to “reboot”!!! Stand up, tilt your head forward – backward – left – right (not circular rotations, but tilts !!! this is important), so 4 times. Now make the torso forward – backward – left – right, and so too 4 times. Done – great! Now go wash your face with cold water and come back.

When you return, click on the link and go!!!
