Menu for vegetable days following.

Breakfast: 2 apples or oranges.

Dinner: vegetable stew or soup (no potatoes). You can accompany your meal with a slice of rye bread, and you can include a teaspoon of vegetable oil in the main course.

Afternoon snack: a few small, medium-sized fruits (not bananas).

Dinner: vegetable salad (up to 250 g) and tea with 1 tsp. honey.

Contraindications to the English diet

Doctors strongly do not recommend to sit on this diet for people who are allergic to at least some protein products, have any diseases of the intestines or stomach, there are problems with the cardiovascular system.
