Losing weight up to 5 kg in 5 days.

The average daily calorie content is 1560 Kcal.

The weight loss system called the dried fruit diet was brought to us from Italy. One of the main indicators of dried fruit weight loss is that you can not only transform your figure, but also accumulate vitamins in the body and supply it with useful substances.

Dried Fruit Diet Requirements

According to the basic requirements of this diet, you need to consume about 500-700 g of nuts and dried fruits daily. Duration: 3-5 days (depends on the desired result and how you feel during the given diet). If it is not easy for you, it is better to take a break and, if possible, continue later, or try another way of transforming your figure. Indeed, despite the considerable calorie content of dried fruits and nuts, their number per day is not so large. Therefore, you may be faced with a feeling of hunger and discomfort.

It is recommended to consume 4 types of dried fruits and 2 types of nuts per day. Organize your meals so that there is approximately the same amount of time between them, and they are equal in saturation.

Of the nuts, the developers of this diet advise the use of pistachios, cashews, walnuts and hazelnuts, almonds. Of course, we are not talking about salted nuts, and even more so about those that are sold in packs. Ideally, fry the nuts at home yourself, and steam the dried fruits. If you want to purchase these products, then it is advisable to do so in the market, not in the supermarket. Since in this case, there is less chance that they were processed with substances that can harm the body. And when you eat almost exclusively dried fruits, this is doubly important. From dried fruits, you can choose, in particular, dried apricots, dates, mountain ash, cherries. Choose these products carefully. If you buy in a sealed package, keep it safe and be sure to check the fruit for a wine smell. If there is even a hint of it, immediately bypass such products. It will definitely not bring you any benefit!
