    – it is permissible to eat apricots, pears, apples, peaches, nectarines, melons and watermelons, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, lingonberries, elderberries, red and black currants, raisins, tangerines, papaya, limes, dates, green olives;

    – It is strictly forbidden for you to eat oranges, persimmons, bananas, avocados, mangoes, pomegranates, black olives, coconuts.

  • Cereals and bakery products:

  • Carriers of 4 blood groups are advised to reduce the amount of meat products in the diet, as they overload your body. And in contrast to them, eat vegetables and fruits, especially those that are rich in vitamin C. You can additionally help your body with a vitamin-mineral complex with vitamin C, selenium and zinc. An ideal source of protein is soy tofu. Eggs have a neutral effect on your body, but you should not get carried away with them. It is recommended to start the day with a glass of water with lemon juice (the temperature of the drink should be at room temperature).
