– carrots (1 pc.); – tomato (1 pc.); – garlic (4 cloves); – onion (1 head); – dry white wine (150 g); – cream with a fat content of 35-40% (1 glass); – olive oil (3 tablespoons); – table salt to taste; – dill, parsley, basil (1 branch each).

Thoroughly wash the vegetables, peel and chop: finely chop the onion with a knife, grate the carrots on a medium grater. Heat refined olive oil in a deep cast iron skillet and sauté the onion until transparent over low heat, then add the carrots to it and fry the resulting vegetable mixture for 3 minutes. Pour the wine into the sauté with constant stirring with a wooden spatula. Add the chopped peeled tomato and simmer, covered, for another 3 minutes.

Pour cream over the vegetable mass and sprinkle with chopped dill, parsley and basil. Add your favorite seasonings to your liking, if desired. Peel the shrimp from the shell and entrails, place in the sauce and simmer for 4-5 minutes. After this time, put the crushed garlic in the pan, keep the seafood covered for 5-7 minutes. and serve hot or warm.

The most healthy and delicious dish is prepared from fresh seafood. If you cannot get them, buy frozen shrimp in shells. The refined semi-finished product does not have a high nutritional value

Whipped up white shrimp sauce

The original taste of seafood is given by a mixture of store-bought mayonnaise and low-fat sour cream. The recipe will delight you with the speed of preparation and the availability of ingredients. This sauce requires the following components (for 1,5 kg of shrimp):

– sour cream with a fat content of 15% (150 ml); – mayonnaise (150 ml); – dill and parsley (1 tablespoon each); – freshly ground black pepper to taste; – table salt to taste, – bay leaf (1-2 pcs. .)

Boil the shrimp with bay leaf, cool slightly at room temperature and peel. Sprinkle the seafood with finely chopped dill and parsley. For the sauce, mix sour cream with mayonnaise until smooth and place in a water bath over low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let sit on the stove for 10 minutes. Pour the hot sauce over the shrimp and serve immediately.
