Cooking homemade liqueur a la Baileys
 

There are a lot of culinary tips on how to replicate the classic Irish Baileys: with complex ingredients and not so much. We chose a fairly simple liqueur recipe without eggs. After all, they are not in real Beilis.

The recipe without eggs is as follows: you need to thoroughly mix a minimum of ingredients with alcohol in order to get the desired consistency of a sweet drink.

The preparation time for this drink is 30 minutes. The recipe is for 2 servings. Calorie content of the dish: 327 kcal per 100 grams.

Ingredients:

 
  • 250 ml. Vodka
  • 1 can. Condensed milk
  • 400 ml. Cream
  • 1 tbsp. l. Instant coffee
  • 1 stick. Cinnamon

Preparation:

1. Heat the cream to 50 gr.

2. Add coffee and cinnamon, stir until the coffee is dissolved.

3. Allow the mixture to cool, then remove the cinnamon.

4. Add and beat the condensed milk one by one, then vodka.

5. Leave for 30 minutes. in a cool, dark place, then pour into a glass bottle

6. When serving, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
