– chicken – 4 pieces, which are portioned; – onions – 1 pc.; – carrots – 1 pc.; – medium-sized potatoes – 3-4 pcs .; – garlic – 2-4 cloves; – salt, pepper, spices – to taste; – brine from pickles – 3 tbsp. l.

Brine is necessary to soften the dish and give it an original and fresh taste.

Salt and pepper the chicken and fry a little in a skillet until a beautiful golden crust appears, then transfer to a slow cooker and sprinkle with seasoning. In the remaining fat and oil from the chicken, fry the onions and carrots until half cooked. Peel the potatoes, cut into large wedges and place on top. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with seasoning and finely chopped garlic still. It remains only to sprinkle the food with oil and pour over them with brine. The main advantage of such a dish is that it cooks an order of magnitude faster than traditional options, about 50 minutes. Cut the carrots into slices (you can also into strips, as you prefer), peel and chop the onion coarsely, preferably cut the garlic into strips, but you can leave it whole. Cut the fillet into pieces as well. Put everything together in a skillet and fry for 10 minutes, then leave the food to rise for another 15 minutes. After that, transfer all the stewed ingredients to a slow cooker, cover with rice on top and cover with water. Add seasoning, stir food and set to Pilaf. If this is not the case, use the “Extinguishing” mode for 1 hour.

Chicken cutlets in a slow cooker

In a device such as a multicooker, you can cook not only chicken in parts – legs, drumsticks, etc., but also semi-finished products, for example, cutlets. To prepare them you will need:

– 0,5 kg of minced chicken; – a glass of milk or low-fat cream; – 1 egg; – 2 slices of bread; – salt, pepper, spices to taste.

Pre-soak the bread in milk. Beat minced meat and milk with a mixer or blender until smooth. Beat the egg separately, then carefully combine all the products together and mix thoroughly, then salt, pepper and add spices.
