Crab stick rolls “Winter’s Tale”

You will need:

– crab sticks – 200 g; – canned food “Cod liver” – 1 can; – egg – 2 pcs.; – walnut kernels – ½ cup; – butter – 100 g; – feta cheese – 200 g; – garlic – 1 clove; – mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon.

Hard boil the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Mash the yolks with the canned food and add the chopped walnuts, setting aside about a tablespoon. Unfold the crab sticks, fill them with the resulting mass and roll into rolls. Place them in the middle of the plate in the form of a woodpile. Rub the whites and sprinkle on the woodpile as if it were snow.

On a fine grater, grate the butter and feta cheese frozen in the freezer, add the remaining walnuts, crushed garlic and mayonnaise. Roll 3 balls of different sizes from this mass and lay them in the form of a snowman. Place the “snowman” next to the “woodpile”, decorate the head with a hat made of a piece of crab stick, make the “eyes” and “nose” from walnuts. In the “woodpile” stick a sprig of dill – “herringbone”.
