cream 1.0 (grain glass)
vanillin 0.2 (teaspoon)

Method of preparation

Grate the chocolate with shavings, melt in a water bath. Add hot milk, sugar, vanillin and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Beat the cream, add the cooled chocolate to them, put the mass in a portioned metal dish and freeze. Serve sprinkled with chopped nuts.
