Cheese New Year: festive menu from appetizer to dessert

The New Year is closer than you can imagine. Many housewives have already started thoughtfully leafing through notebooks with branded recipes. However, you can impress your guests even with the help of fairly simple dishes. You only need to add one win-win ingredient to them. Mix 150 g of melted cheese with 50 g of homemade mayonnaise, add a handful of chopped dill — that’s our sauce.

Finely chop the head of the shallot, mix with 1 tsp of garlic in granules, put ground chili and black pepper to taste, nutmeg on the tip of a knife. Pie as a holiday

Loran quiche with chicken and mushrooms will captivate guests with its very appearance. The taste will not disappoint them, because for the filling we will take the cottage cheese Hochland “For cooking”. Knead the dough from 180 g of softened butter, 350 g of flour, eggs and a pinch of salt, send it to rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. At this time, chop into strips 300 g of chicken fillet and mushrooms, fry in a frying pan with olive oil along with a small onion until golden brown.

Tamp the dough into a baking dish, making high sides, evenly distribute the filling inside.
