Changes to help make life better

“Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or only to the present will surely miss the future.” John Kennedy The only constant in our lives is change. We cannot avoid them, and the more we resist change, the more difficult our life becomes. We are surrounded by change and this is what has a dramatic effect on our lives. Sooner or later, we undergo life changes that challenge us and force us to reconsider certain things. Change can come into our lives in many ways: as a result of a crisis, the result of a choice, or simply by chance. In any case, we are faced with the need to choose whether to accept change in our lives or not. So, a few changes recommended for a better life: Try to figure out what is important to you in life and why. What do you wish to achieve? What are you dreaming about? What makes you happy? The meaning of life will give you the direction of how you want to live your life. As children, we dreamed all the time. We were able to dream and visualize what we would grow up to be. We believed that everything is possible. However, when we became adults, the ability to dream was lost or greatly weakened. A dream board is a great way to remember (create) your dreams and believe in their fulfillment again. Seeing written dreams every day, we contribute to reaching those lines of life where they (dreams) come true. Of course, at the same time making concrete efforts. Regrets pull you back. Regrets are only about the past, and by wasting time thinking about the past, you miss out on the present and the future. What has happened or done cannot be changed. So let go! The only thing to focus on is the choice of the present and the future. There is a technique that helps free yourself from regrets. Blow up some balloons. On each balloon, write what you want to let go/forgive/forget. Watching the balloon fly into the sky, mentally say goodbye to written regret forever. A simple yet effective method that works. It’s about getting out of your comfort zone. One such example is public speaking. Make a list of things you want to learn that can challenge you and thus help you grow. Never stop doing things that are difficult for you, because the more you step over your fear and insecurities, the more you develop.
