Method of preparation

Put finely chopped carrots, beets in a saucepan, then peeled fish in pieces, and then again a layer of carrots and beets, add allspice, salt, browned onions, pour water so that it covers the fish, cover with a lid and put in the oven for 2-2.5 hours. Before serving, pieces of fish are placed on plates and poured over with strained fish juice.
