The most popular menu option: in addition to buckwheat porridge (you can eat it as much as you like), the menu includes 1 liter (no more – you can less) 1% kefir per day – you can drink kefir both with buckwheat and separately. With a strong feeling of hunger before going to bed, you can drink another glass of kefir. A quick result will inspire in you the desire to continue the diet with possible breakdowns. You can also drink ordinary water (non-mineralized and non-carbonated) or green tea without restrictions – the feeling of hunger does not aggravate, such as natural juices.

Buckwheat Diet with Dried Fruit

Due to the lack of sugar on a buckwheat diet, a feeling of weakness, rapid fatigue, and fatigue may appear. In addition, at the end of the diet, buckwheat and kefir are annoying. You can add dried fruits to buckwheat porridge – apples, prunes, raisins, dried apricots in small quantities (no more than 5-6 pieces of dried fruits, such as prunes). This menu option also includes adding one teaspoon of honey to the porridge instead of dried fruits.

Nutrition after buckwheat diet

It goes without saying that if after a diet you pounce on cakes and pastries, then 8-10 kilograms dropped during the buckwheat diet can return within two months (and even with a tail) – the diet will need to be revised. Two weeks on a buckwheat diet is a sufficient period for you to eat more than you need, you do not want to – your appetite will significantly decrease. Therefore, when leaving the buckwheat diet, the most important rule is not to overeat. But if it suddenly happens, then spend a fasting day on a buckwheat diet according to the first or second menu option. A slight restriction on sweets doesn’t hurt either. Don’t forget about 1-2 extra glasses of water or tea. And then the lost kilograms will not only not return, but the weight loss will continue.

Results of buckwheat diet

In every case the results of the buckwheat diet are individual – but the higher the weight, the higher the effectiveness of the diet will be. If the diet does not suit you, then the weight loss will be insignificant, up to 3-4 kg. But weight loss will be 4-6 kg in most cases, even with admitted violations of the menu. Record values from 125 kg to 66 kg in two months. With a high overweight, 15 kg will go away in two weeks.

By volume on average, a decrease occurs by 2 sizes (more than 4 cm in girth). The volumes leave almost evenly, i.e. to say that a buckwheat diet only for weight loss in the hips will be wrong – the girth of the hips, and the girth at the waist, and the girth in the chest will decrease.
