Boil, fry or stew – what’s the healthiest way to cook meat?

Meat needs heat treatment. But which is better – fry, boil or stew?

Researchers at the University of Illinois have found that stews and boiled meats are much healthier than fried ones. It turns out that the way food is prepared affects its benefits.

By the way, both in the case of frying, and in the case of stewing or boiling meat, vitamins and nutrients are preserved. But fried meat in some cases can cause cardiovascular disease.

The thing is that when frying meat, glycosylation products are formed, which are deposited on the walls of blood vessels and contribute to their destruction.

But during cooking or stewing, these hazardous substances are not formed.

Recall that earlier we talked about which meat is healthy to eat, and which is undesirable.

Be healthy!
