Boil down balsamic vinegar

At one time, I began to translate videos of the famous rouxbe culinary school, but I haven’t posted anything new for a long time. Do you think I completely abandoned this occupation? Not at all, and to prove this, here’s a new video that tells you how to boil balsamic vinegar. This is a really great way to decorate and at the same time season a variety of dishes, and the “fake” balsamic, which has little in common with the authentic fashionable one (and at the same time makes up 99% of the range of balsamic vinegar in our stores) literally transforms from this procedure and acquires a noble taste and aroma.

Checked. By the way, recently I quite often came across tracing paper from English – “balsamic editing” – but decided to use a more understandable, albeit cumbersome, term. Good luck with your kitchen experiments!
