Possible consequences

High-calorie, but by nature dense sour cream itself does not have time to be absorbed by our body. It accounts for about 20 percent of the food eaten. But mixed with perfectly digestible beer, sour cream with all its calories is absorbed into the blood almost without a trace. The result of this phenomenon, in addition to the aforementioned increase in body fat, is an increase in the load on our long-suffering liver.

So, don’t make beer with sour cream your daily drink, but if this mix is to your liking and you decide to fatten it up a few times a year, then it won’t do much harm.
